Jenna Bryant //Research Analyst

Jenna Bryant is a Senior Research Analyst at RTS, Inc. She works on cluster-based occupational analysis, the development of regional economic development profiles, and measurement and assessment of local regional economies. Most of analysis has been focused on quantifying the creative economy for various regions.

Ms. Bryant has been an integral part of several projects including the quantitative design of a needs assessment of North Carolina’s aerospace workforce. She also helped develop an operation manual on how to assess workforce gaps for the North Carolina Community College System, which explicitly outlined the steps and data sources needed to replicate the study at the individual community college level.

Prior to joining RTS in 2008, Ms. Bryant worked at the North Carolina Department of Commerce as an Economist focused on analyzing North Carolina’s economy and modeling incentive programs. Before that she was employed in the Labor Market Information Division of the Employment Security Commission of North Carolina. Her time there was spent in the Policy and Program Evaluation department. Ms. Bryant holds a Master of Economics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Finance from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
